Congratulations to my beautiful Mummy who is having her incredible garden photographed for Highlife magazine. I’m so very proud of you Mum and I hope that you can put the stress aside and enjoy today.
I wish that I had some more photos of the entire garden, but here are a few of Mum’s pretty flowers and I’ll share some better pictures at a later date.

I’ve been on the lookout for a rustic style pendant light that could be fitted with a solar bulb and hung beneath my pergola for quite some time. I just can’t find quite the right one at an affordable price. So I’ve decided to have a go a making one! Now I just have to decide how to go about it so I’ve gathered some ideas…

I love Summer fashion and particularly some of the gorgeous feminine trends that we will be seeing in the next couple of seasons. Today I thought I’d share a few of the items I have on my Spring Summer shopping list.

Lately I’ve been on the lookout for affordable art to fill the bare walls of my new home. Along came Urban Road!
This great website sells fantastic prints, stretched onto canvas and ready to hang! Best of all they come in a range of decent sizes and they won’t break the bank. Oh and did I mention how much I love a site that offers free shipping?
I love them a lot.
I also love deer motifs so this one is definitely my favourite…
Such beautiful colours and styling.

Justine Cullen is the editor of Shop Til You Drop magazine and one very stylish woman so it would be expected that her wedding would be a sight to behold. But this wedding exceeded all expectations. These photos have been floating around the web for a while now but I still can’t get over how stunningly beautiful this wedding is. It’s basically everything I’ve ever imagined that my own wedding will be one day. Just gorgeous…
The details are just incredible and the location is gorgeous. Be still my beating heart!
You can see more photos on Paula Joye’s LifeStyled here, make sure you check it out, because it is STUNNING.

I have a bit of an obsession with beautiful design books. A beautiful, well structured book can add so much to a space, not just intellectually but as a design feature. They add a pop of colour, illustrate your interests and add a ‘lived in’ vibe to any home. Just look at this gorgeous book-filled room for what can only be described as Proof.
Here are some of my favourites…
And the design book to end all design books…
