So very proud of my Mumma bear and her beautiful garden. Since this piece was published, two more ponds/lakes have been built, complete with a gorgeous hardwood jetty. It really is such a beautiful place.

Congratulations to my beautiful Mummy who is having her incredible garden photographed for Highlife magazine. I’m so very proud of you Mum and I hope that you can put the stress aside and enjoy today.
I wish that I had some more photos of the entire garden, but here are a few of Mum’s pretty flowers and I’ll share some better pictures at a later date.

I’ve been on the lookout for a rustic style pendant light that could be fitted with a solar bulb and hung beneath my pergola for quite some time. Not much of note in the last few days so I thought I would share some miscellaneous images of my day to day…
These beautiful pink spray roses are making up for the fact that my Mum’s incredible roses are too far away!
I haven’t finished styling the inside of my new bureau yet (I just can’t find exactly what I’m after!) but here’s a sneak peek of one little guy that made the cut…
Miscellaneous garden goodness…
A brand new coffee table book that has rounded out my Sibella Court collection…
Have a lovely week everyone! -C x

Having grown up on rural cattle properties in both Queensland and New South Wales, I have a definite soft spot for beautiful country homesteads. There are so many incredibly talented and stylish women behind many rural properties that create beautiful, warm and nurturing homes for their families with limited human and material resources. These photographs are all inspiring examples of the great Australian homestead. -C x
